What's the Program?
The Fit Woman for Life Nutrition coaching program is an interactive online program designed specifically with the menopausal woman in mind (this includes peri and post-menopausal women as well). As you well know, menopause can make losing, or even maintaining your bodyweight, seem like a daunting task. Factors such as mood swings, night sweats, erratic sleeping and eating patterns, and decreased energy levels all pose challenges for the menopausal woman.
With these factors in mind, we have designed an interactive program that teaches you how to navigate menopause while losing weight. You will be given a customized nutrition plan and recipe book along with 24/7 guidance from both of our coaches. As a special bonus, you'll also receive access to our workout programs which get updated with fresh routines each month; either for your home, or a full service gym.
**The next 6 week program will be taking place in September of 2023. The program will be taking a break to revamp and come back with the best version yet.

The program Includes:
- 24/7 Nutrition guidance from a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with 16 years of professional experience coaching women just like you
- Customized meal plan with free adjustments
- Easy to follow portion control guidelines
- 100 page customized recipe book with healthy and tasty meal and snack options
- Bonus access to our home or gym workout routines with demonstration videos for every workout which you can access via our Fitness App

*Please note that while our focus is on Nutrition Coaching, you will have access to our Fit Woman For Life exercise programs which have been pre-designed for both home and gym workouts. Hundreds or hours have gone into designing these routines with the menopausal woman in mind.
SHOULD YOU REQUIRE CUSTOM DESIGNED WORKOUTS (due to injuries, post-physio, and other special circumstances) we do offer this service at an additional fee as the time requirement and planning takes several additional hours per participant per month. When it comes to injuries, our Medical Exercise Specialists want to ensure a customized and thorough exercise experience which allows for both injury prevention and rehabilitation.

We do not currently offer this program via any other platform as it would impact the service that we provide. Some of our clients who did not previously have a Facebook account have simply created a private/alias account for the sole purposes of using it for this Coaching program.**

Kristian Leach:
A certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, medical exercise (injury rehabilitation) specialist, and post-cancer recovery training specialist; with 15 years in the industry, Kristian has worked with hundreds of menopausal women. This has allowed him to refine his nutrition and fitness programs to be regarded an an industry expert in women's fitness, and in particular, fitness and nutrition coaching for women aged 35 and up.
